The Story
Submitta started from a simple frustration: finding a good local plumber or electrician shouldn't require scrolling through dozens of listings, reading hundreds of reviews, and still feeling uncertain.
Traditional directories list everyone, making it impossible to know who's genuinely good. Review sites are gameable. And ads? They go to whoever pays most, not who's best.
We flipped the model. Instead of listing hundreds of businesses, we feature just one per category per edition. Each edition runs for 8 weeks, giving featured businesses guaranteed visibility without competition.
For customers, it means curated choices without decision fatigue. For businesses, it means fair exposure and paying only for real bookings, not just placement.
